Czech court rejects Rath's complaint against wiretapping use

June 7th, 2019

The Constitutional Court rejected complaints filed by former influential Czech politician David Rath and other defendants against the Supreme Court's verdict enabling to use wiretapping recordings in their corruption case, CTK has found out in the judiciary database. Originally, seven people filed complaints with the Constitutional Court, but two withdrew it later, so the US dealt with the remaining five in joint proceedings.
