Czech Const. Court abolishes changes to asylum, foreigner laws

Czech courts will again reassess whether foreigners were detained lawfully even after their release or deportation, the Constitutional Court (US) ruled today, abolishing parts of the law on asylum and the law on foreigners' stay on the proposal of senators. The US abolished the parts that said the courts must halt the proceedings if the foreigner has been released or is abroad.
