Czech Christians, Jews, Muslims stand up against euthanasia

Catholic priest and theologian Tomas Halik, Bishop Vaclav Maly, Rabbi Karol Sidon and the head of Muslims in the Czech Republic, Vladimir Sanka, protested against the enactment of assisted suicide and euthanasia in a press release sent to CTK on Thursday. They said legalisation of euthanasia was a tricky affair as it is difficult to be regulated and due to it, people can face psychological pressure on ending their lives.
