A Czech district court must again try the case of a woman who wrote about setting buses with refugees on fire as the Supreme Court met Supreme State Attorney Pavel Zeman's complaint against sending the case to an administrative delict hearing, CTK has learned from a judiciary database. Zeman turned to the NS as he disagreed with the court's previous decision. He insisted that a court must decide on the woman's punishment as her deed can be qualified as incitement to hatred of a group of people. Consequently, the district court in Plzen, west Bohemia, must try the case again.
