Constitutional Tribunal holds annual assembly with president on Monday

Poland's Constitutional Tribunal (TK) will organise its annual General Assembly on Monday, with President Andrzej Duda in attendance. "In line with the TK Law, on December 11, 2017, at 3.30 pm, the TK is holding its annual, ceremonial General Assembly, featuring the President of the Republic of Poland, Andrzej Duda", the tribunal announced on its website. "The General Assembly will be devoted to presenting information about the important problems arising from the TK's activities and verdicts in 2016", the judicial body noted.
