Constitutional Court to rule on amendment to anti-smoking law
April 10th, 2018
The Czech Constitutional Court (US) is to rule next week on an amendment to the anti-smoking law, a proposal by a group of senators on dropping a few of its passages. The senators believe that public authorities in a liberal state should not enforce any particular life style on the people.
