Chechen suspected of terrorism arrested in Poland

Alvi A., a Russian citizen of Chechen nationality, suspected of committing an act of terror, has been arrested in Poland for three months, the spokesman for the minister coordinator of special services announced on Thursday. According to Stanisław Żaryn, the arrest of Alvi A. (name withheld in accordance with Polish law) was possible thanks to the cooperation of the Internal Security Agency agents and police.The man was charged by the prosecution and arrested by a court for three months. According to the Internal Security Agency, Ali A. was a member of a terrorist organisation operating in Turkey and Syria, and an active participant in military operations carried out by the Islamic State in the Middle East.
