The information in the media concerning the alleged communications between Marian K. and former Justice Ministry state secretary Monika Jankovska is "extremely serious", President Zuzana Caputova said on Tuesday, adding that a crime could have been committed in the case, and so it is important that law enforcement bodies act as soon as possible. "I believe that they will act in this matter," said the head of state. The president welcomed the fact that Justice Minister Gabor Gal has filed a motion for disciplinary action against judges Monika Jankovska and Zuzana Maruniakova. Caputova pointed out that in this context it was possible to suspend them from their judiciary roles.
