Both the issues of importing labour from outside the EU to tackle Slovakia's skilled worker shortage and closer cooperation between businesses and schools were high on the agenda of the Business Service Centers conference that took place in Bratislava on Wednesday. BSCF Chairman Gabriel Galgoci pointed out that if Slovakia wants to remain competitive on the global market, it must seek solutions that will attract foreign experts to the country. "The availability of highly qualified, flexible and language-mastering labour is the primary motivation for business services centres to come to Slovakia."
