Bratislava Airport handled 48,000 passengers in August, down 85 pc Y-o-Y

M.R. Stefanik Airport in Bratislava dealt with 48,311 passengers in August 2020, down by 280,000, or 85 percent year-on-year (y-o-y), TASR learnt from the airport's spokesperson Veronika Sevcikova on Monday. Bratislava airport handled more than 326,000 passengers in August 2019. Following January and February, August was the third strongest month of the year in terms of the number of passengers processed, more than three times higher than the figure for July (16,604).
