It is unacceptable for the products with the same packaging to have a different, worse quality in the Czech Republic than in other countries, Czech Prime Minister Andrej Babis (ANO) and representatives of global food companies agreed at their meeting today. They discussed the problem of dual quality of food and other products. The companies said nothing prevented the free movement of goods, while differences in the composition of a product were due to the different tastes of the population in individual countries, Babis said. Last week, Babis met representatives of food chains and the Czech Food Chamber over the issue.
