The average length of legal proceedings at the Constitutional Court saw a significant year-on-year improvement in 1Q18, as the average length stood at 11.42 months between January 1-April 30, 2017, but was pushed down to just 8.08 months between January 1-April 30, 2018, TASR learnt from Constitutional Court spokesperson Martina Ferencova on Tuesday. Since 2010, the Constitutional Court has been systematically collecting statistical data of various indicators on an annual basis.
