Attorney asked to check whether Capi hnizdo needed subsidy-server

Jaroslav Saroch, the state attorney in charge of the Capi hnizdo case of a suspected EU subsidy fraud implicating Prime Minister Andrej Babis, should examine whether the suspicious firm really needed the subsidy in question, Seznam Zpravy server said on Thursday, citing top attorney Pavel Zeman. In early December, Pavel Zeman ordered that Saroch reopen the prosecution of Babis that he halted in September.
