Article 7 issue may end without vote - Polish FM

It is not yet decided whether the EU Council will vote to state that Poland risks a breach of EU values. It may be that the Article 7 issue will end without a vote, Polish Foreign Minister Jacek Czaputowicz said on Tuesday. According to the minister, this possibility is "a certain chance" for Poland. "We would want to convince the European Commission of our position but also take into account the EC's arguments," the minister told a public television broadcaster.
