The president of the National Bank of Poland has ruled out the possibility of an increase in interest rates this year and 2022. Adam Glapinksi made the announcement during a videoconference on Friday. "The likelihood of an increase in interest rates during the current term of the Monetary Policy Council (RPP) is zero," he said. The present term of the RPP, Poland's rate-setting body, ends in 2022.
