Zeman signs "Lex Ukraine" on support for Ukrainian refugees

President Milos Zeman today signed into laws an amendment dubbed "Lex Ukraine" tightening rules for providing support to Ukrainian refugees, his office has announced. The amendment on aid to refugees from the war-stricken Ukraine stipulates that the refugees who enjoy free accommodation, food and basic hygiene items will not receive the 5,000-crown humanitarian aid.
