The entry of Russian troops into the territory of the separatist people's republics of Donetsk and Luhansk raises the risk of a military conflict and decreases the hope in a diplomatic solution, Czech President Milos Zeman said on Tuesday, without further commenting on the Russia-Ukraine crisis. "President Milos Zeman states that the entry by the Russian soldiers into the territory of the separatist Donetsk and Luhansk people's republics increases the risk of a military conflict, and, on the contrary, decreases the hope in a diplomatic solution," Zeman said in a statement which his spokesman Jiri Ovcacek released this morning.
