Zeman appoints Nekula agriculture minister, cabinet complete

President Milos Zeman on Monday appointed Zdenek Nekula of the Christian Democrats as regular agriculture minister, finalising the government of the Together coalition (Civic Democrats/ODS, the KDU-CSL and TOP 09), the Pirates and Mayors and Independents (STAN).
