Czech President Milos Zeman has given his approval for 103 Czech nationals willing to join the Ukrainian armed forces, but the president's decision needs to be countersigned by PM Petr Fiala (Civic Democrats, ODS), Zeman's spokesman Jiri Ovcacek tweeted today. "The prime minister will countersign the entry of Czechs into Ukrainian armed forces in all the cases that were supported by all the bodies concerned," Government Office spokesman Vaclav Smolka told CTK, referrig to the foreign, defence and interior ministries.
