ZAP: More than 1 million cars manufactured in Slovakia last year

Slovakia's car output grew by some 4 percent year on year last year to exceed 1 million, Automotive Industry Association (ZAP) representatives told a news conference on Thursday, adding that carmakers envisage the same volume of production for this year as well. Slovakia thus remains the world leader in terms of car production per capita.
