Woman missing since floods found dead

Czech police said on Thursday they have found a body they believe to be that of an elderly woman from Oskava village near Sumperk who was reported missing in connection with the local flash floods on June 7. She is the second victim of the floods in the Olomouc Region. Another victim was a 47-year-old woman from Brevenec, a village in the Olomouc vicinity. The June flooding in the Czech Republic has claimed at least nine lives.
