The man who died in the crash of a small plane with a two-member crew in southern Slovakia on Sunday was a Slovak national, not Czech, which was the original information from medical rescuers, regional police spokeswoman Viktoria Borlokova told CTK on Monday. She said the victim is a man from Lucenec, south Slovakia. Aboard the plane, he flew together with a Czech man from Prague, who suffered multiple injuries in the accident and is in hospital in a serious condition.
