Via Iuris: Fast-tracking of upcoming house session unlawful

The use of fast-tracked proceedings to organise an extraordinary parliamentary session with only eleven days to go to the general election (February 29) is unlawful, as none of the measures to be discussed was prompted by an emergency, non-profit organisation Via Iuris said on Monday.
