The Czech national coordinator of vaccination against Covid-19, Katerina Bathova, has resigned as of end-April over Wednesday's dismissal of health minister Jan Blatny and has announced her decision to Prime Minister Andrej Babis, she has told news portal Seznam Zpravy. Bathova assumed the post at the end of January, replacing Zdenek Blahuta who had stepped down. However, she will end as well after two months. "I have informed the prime minister about this. I will not give it up at once, but I will agree with the new minister to replace me by the end of the month," she told Seznam Zpravy.
