The Visegrad Four (V4) countries, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland and Hungary, want the amount of funds in the multiannual EU budget framework for 2021-2027 allocated to the EU's cohesion policy to stay the same as now, the V4 presidents said at the Lany summit today. Czech President Milos Zeman said that during EU talks about the budget framework, Poland and Hungary mainly seek securing agriculture subsidies while the Czech Republic and Slovakia want the subsidies to mainly support motorway infrastructure.
