UVZ: Obligatory quarantine following 1st round of mass testing ends this week

November 12th, 2020

Tuesday and Wednesday marked the days when those who tested positive for Covid-19 in the first round of mass testing in Slovakia (Oct 31-Nov 1) could leave the obligatory ten-day quarantine for the first time, Public Health Office (UVZ) spokeswoman Dasa Rackova told TASR on Thursday, adding that the obligation for the public to carry a negative result certificate applies until Sunday. The office at the same time noted that those who tested positive in mass testing were obliged to notify their general practitioner.
