The Trade Union Confederation (KOZ) plans to hold a protest in front of the Government Office in Bratislava next Wednesday to express its disapproval at declining living standards and the fact that public administration salaries won't be valorised in the 2022 public budget. "Not even in next year's state budget, the draft of which the government has already sent to parliament, is there any money for salary increases for employees of the state and public sector," said KOZ, lamenting the fact that while "ordinary" employees would not see a single additional euro, constitutional officials, judges and prosecutors fare better.
