UN committee criticises Czechia placing children in institutions

The UN Committee On the Rights Of the Child (OHCHR) expressed concern about Czechia's rising number of children misused for prostitution and pornography, and an excessive placing of children in institutional care in a series of recommendations it addressed to several countries on Thursday. The recommendations relate to the countries' fulfilment of the Convention on the Rights of the Child.
