Two Poles get 10.5, ten years in prison for dealing marijuana

The Zlin Regional Court meted out a ten and a half and a ten year prison sentence for two Poles prosecuted for large-scale marijuana dealing and decided to expel them from the Czech Republic for eight years today. The verdict has not taken effect and can still be appealed. The two men faced from ten to 18 years behind bars for illegal production and handling with narcotics, psychotropic substances and poisons. The third accused has been acquitted due to insufficient evidence.
