Two days left for Slovaks living abroad to apply for voting in general election

Slovaks living abroad have until Jan. 10 to apply to vote in the February general election from abroad by mail. An application can also be sent in an electronic form. The general election in Slovakia will take place on February 29, 2020. Under the country's election law, Slovak citizens without permanent residence in Slovakia as well as those with permanent residence in Slovakia but abroad at the time of the election can vote by mail.
