Twenty-nine Czech groupings have election accounts, likely to run

July 29th, 2021

Twenty-nine political groupings have announced that they finance their election campaign and set up an election bank account, and so the number of the groupings running in the October general election is likely to be similar to the situation four years ago when 31 groupings ran in the elections. The lists of candidates running in the election must be submitted to regional authorities by Tuesday, August 3. The regional authorities will decide on August 20 whether the political groupings will be allowed to take part in the election that will be held on October 8-9.
