Turnout at Hungary's foreign missions 86.5 pc

Turnout at Hungary's diplomatic missions abroad was 86.5 percent at the recent European Parliament elections, the national election office reported on Friday. Hungarian citizens with permanent residency in Hungary could vote at 132 diplomatic missions abroad, including embassies and consulates, information published by the election office online shows. Of all valid votes 7,222 or 41.3 percent were submitted for the ruling Fidesz-Christian Democrats, 5,078 or 29.04 percent for Momentum, 1,678 or 9.6 percent for Democratic Coalition, 1,113 or 6.37 percent for the Socialists-Parbeszed, 913 or 5.22 percent for the satirical Two-tailed Dog Party, 700 or 4.0 percent for LMP, 400 or 2.29 percent for Jobbik, 362 or 2.07 percent for Mi Hazank and 19 or 0.11 percent for the Hungarian Workers' Party.
