Trnava regional court to decide on Monika J's detention on March 15

The Trnava regional court is set on March 15 to deal with an appeal submitted by the Special Prosecutor's Office against the decision of the Trencin district court to release former justice ministry state secretary Monika J. from detention over the weekend, her lawyer Peter Erdos said on Monday. "We'll see what state [my client] will be in, because she currently isn't capable of carrying out any tasks, according to her medical reports," Erdos said.
