The judge presiding over the trial of former prosecutor-general Dobroslav T., who is being tried regarding the Gorilla case, adjourned the trial before noon on Monday, with the proceedings set to resume on Tuesday. Dobroslav T.s successor in the post of prosecutor-general -- Jaromir Ciznar -- is set to appear in court on Tuesday as a witness. It is also expected that several audio and video recordings will be played during the same session. The testimonies of several witnesses were read out in court on Monday after the defendant pleaded not guilty. Among the testimonies was that of financier Jaroslav Hascak, a key witness in the case whom Dobroslav T. allegedly blackmailed with a Gorilla scandal-related recording. Hascak denied in his testimony that this was the case, however.
