Toyota Poland starts production of new engine

The production of a 2.0-litre petrol engine for hybrid drives was launched at the Toyota factory in Jelcz-Laskowice, southwestern Poland, on Tuesday. Toyota's new global architecture (TNGA) 2.0-litre capacity engine will be a component of the hybrid drive to be installed in Toyota Corolla and Rave 4 models in the coming years. It can function as both a hybrid module engine and a conventional engine.
