Total of 2,512 people from Ukraine entered Slovakia on Tuesday

A total of 2,512 people from Ukraine entered Slovakia via the Slovak-Ukrainian border on Tuesday, of which 729 were men, 1,313 women and 470 children, TASR has learnt from Interior Ministry spokesperson Zuzana Eliasova. Of the total, 165 persons have applied for temporary refuge in Slovakia. Meanwhile, 2,706 people crossed into Ukraine via the same border on the same day.
