Total of 2,243 Ukrainians enter Slovakia on Tuesday

A total of 2,243 people from Ukraine entered Slovakia via the Slovak-Ukrainian border on Tuesday, of whom 657 were men, 1,244 women and 342 children, Interior Ministry spokesperson Zuzana Eliasova told TASR. Of the total, 195 have applied for temporary refuge in Slovakia. At the same time, 2,453 people crossed into Ukraine via the same border.
