Total of 14 cases of Delta coronavirus variant identified in Slovakia so far

A total of 14 cases of the Delta variant of the coronavirus have been confirmed by routine sequencing in Slovakia to date, Public Health Authority (UVZ) spokesperson Dasa Rackova told TASR on Thursday. According to Rackova, this mainly concerns people who have returned from abroad and their close contacts. However, the Delta variant has also been identified in one person who hadn't been abroad.
