Together, Pir/STAN coalition reaches agreement on govt manifesto

The Together coalition composed of the Civic Democrats (ODS), Christian Democrats (KDU-CSL) and TOP 09 agreed with the tandem of the Pirates and Mayors and Independents (STAN) on the coalition agreement and the manifesto of the joint cabinet, Together PM candidate Petr Fiala told reporters late on Tuesday. The coalition will not release any documents yet as leaderships of the parties need to deal with them first in the forthcoming days. The Together and Pir-STAN nascent government wants to sign both the coalition agreement and the programme manifesto on Monday. The cabinet will comprise 18 members. As against the outgoing minority government of ANO and the Social Democrats that started with 15 members, the cabinet will newly include also ministers for legislation, the EU and science and research.
