Thursday third day with more than 500 new COVID cases in Czechia

Thursday with 550 new confirmed COVID cases, 130 more than a week ago, was the third day in a row with more than 500 cases in Czechia, while the incidence rate was 28 cases per 100,000 population in the past week, the highest figure since late May, the Health Ministry's data show today. The latest data report 158 hospitalised people with the COVID infection, 29 of them in a serious condition.
