Three South African coronavirus mutation cases detected at Brno kindergarten

Sequencing confirmed three cases of the South African mutation of coronavirus at a kindergarten in Brno, Elisabeth Pharmacon laboratory's director Omar Sery said on Twitter on Friday, adding that the laboratory knows a fast method to detect the mutation in two hours. The South African mutation is much more contagious and reduces the effectiveness of some anti-Covid-19 vaccines and medicines, according to experts. The suspicions emerged at the kindergarten in the first half of February.
