Three persons, who have been detained as part of the recent police operation codenamed 'Roadhouse', won't be remanded in custody, the Supreme Court ruled at its public session on Monday. The Supreme Court dealt with a complaint filed by a prosecutor of the Special Prosecutor's Office against the verdict issued by Pezinok-based Specialised Criminal Court (STS). On June 19 the STS decided that the trio won't be taken into custody.
