Thirty-five senators want court to assess state of emergency

Thirty-five senators have signed the proposal for the Constitutional Court (US) to re-examine the declaration of the current state of emergency in Czechia to curb the COVID epidemic, they told reporters today. The senators want the US to decide whether the government had declared the state of emergency in compliance with the Constitution of the Czech Republic.
