Temperature rises to record high for Jan. 31

January 31st, 2020

Hungary's temperature rose to a record high on January 31. The mercury hit 16.7 C. in the village of Dravaszabolcs in southern Hungary, the national weather service said on its Facebook page. The previous record of 16.4 C. was measured in the village of Homokszentgyorgy in south-western Hungary in 1965, according to data from the weather service.
