Hungary is donating 200,000 coronavirus vaccine doses each to Bosnia and Herzegovina, and to Montenegro, Foreign Minister Peter Szijjarto announced on Monday at a meeting of the Visegrad Group and representatives of the Western Balkans held in Poland. Speaking to MTI at Rogalin Castle, in western Poland, Szijjarto noted interdependence between central Europe and the Western Balkans in areas such as security, the handling of migration, trade and health. "We've done all we can to ensure the health and safety of the Hungarian people," he said, adding that 5.5 million Hungarians will have been vaccinated in the coming days.
