May 12th, 2020

The Czech Supreme Court has rejected a petition for an appellate review filed by Radek Mansfeld and upheld his suspended sentence and a fine imposed on him for giving a Nazi salute at an event staged by the far-right Freedom and Direct Democracy (SPD), according to the InfoSoud database. The Prague lower-level courts gave Mansfeld a six-month suspended sentence with a two-month probation and a 30,000-crown fine.
