Students and teachers hit streets in rotests against university bill

Students, members of academia as well as the public voiced their disapproval over the universities reform currently in the pipeline in a 'Responsible Protest for Free Universities', held in the capital city on Tuesday. The protesters find the bill unsystemic and inconsistent, with some claiming that it politicises academia and puts academic freedoms in jeopardy.
