State secretary Ledecky recalled

The government on Wednesday recalled Investment Ministry State Secretary Vladimir Ledecky, approving a proposal to this effect. Ledecky, who announced on March 31 that he was set to resign, explained that his decision was motivated by his failure to push through his agenda concerning aid for marginalised communities.
