State administration purchasing more medical protective equipment

The Czech State Material Reserves Administration (SSHR) has ordered further eight mass purchases of medical protective equipment for 420 million crowns, raising the total value of its recent series of purchases to more than half a billion crowns, its head Pavel Svagr has told CTK. Through the new contracts, the SSHR seeks 16 million faces masks, 1.5 million FFP2 respirators, 256,000 pairs of protective goggles, 167,000 shields and 62,000 coronavirus rapid testing kits.
