Specialised Court rejects indictment against Dusan K. over procedural mistakes

A judge of the Specialised Criminal Court turned down an indictment of corruption against former special prosecutor Dusan K. and entrepreneur Peter K. over serious procedural mistakes on November 2, court spokesperson Katarina Kudjakova told TASR on Tuesday. "The single justice decided to return the matter to the prosecutor over serious procedural mistakes, including the violation of the right to defense," she said. The decision is not binding with the Supreme Court to rule on a potential appeal.
